We ship by USPS PRIORITY and USPS GROUND. You have the option of choosing between these two methods. USPS 2 DAY PRIORITY is the only expedited form of shipping offered.

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the shipping location.

You can view your total shipping during the checkout process without having to actually place an order.

If you choose USPS GROUND Shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States.

If you choose USPS 2 DAY PRIORITY, please allow (1) ONE BUSINESS DAY for processing time and then up to (2) TWO BUSINESS DAYS for delivery, a total of 3 THREE BUSINESS DAYS. (WE DO NOT SHIP ON SUNDAYS)

Our carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the item to us. If your order arrives back to EXTREME-SETS without a prior return request, your item will be returned to stock and you will be refunded for the price of the item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
EXTREME-SETS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES BY ANY SHIPPING METHOD. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING, BE SURE TO CONTACT YOUR CHOSEN FREIGHTER.
RETURN POLICY

Returns can be accepted up to 15 days after the packages are shipped as long as the items are UNOPENED, with the original shipping box.

Returns cannot be accepted if items are OPENED.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery; please retain the original shipping box for inspection.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (You will be responsible for return shipping charges).

We may charge a $5 restocking fee per item for all return items, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Each Country may have its own Customs Fees upon delivery.These fees are NOT included in the total and are not the responsibility of EXTREME-SETS
International Orders can take up to 2-5 weeks to be delivered and always have a chance of being delayed by customs.
PRE-ORDERS
Items on pre-order can ship anywhere from two to four months after your order is placed. It's important to note that:
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel any order prior to shipment, you can log into your account at any time and select the order you'd like to cancel. There is no charge for canceling orders that have not shipped. If you didn't create an account when you placed your order (checked out as guest), please contact us to cancel and issue a refund for your placed order. You will need to provide us with the order number.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders. If you are having problems placing an order online, please contact us for assistance.
At this time, EXTREME-SETS does not accept phone orders.
